These terms govern your use of the ML Innovations website and waitlist. By using this site or joining a waitlist, you agree to them.

1. About this site

This is a pre-launch marketing website for our upcoming products, KitchenSync and StaffFlow. The products are not yet available. This site currently offers only the ability to register your interest by joining a waitlist.

2. The waitlist

Joining a waitlist lets us contact you about early access. It does not create any obligation on either side: it does not guarantee you access, a place, particular features, or any specific pricing, and it is not a contract to provide any product or service. We may change, delay, or discontinue either product at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else's information;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the ML Innovations, KitchenSync, and StaffFlow names, logos, text, and designs — is owned by ML Innovations and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

5. No warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. Product descriptions reflect our plans and may change before launch.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ML Innovations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
